Researchers use the theory of planned behavior as the main theory to analyze work interest, using the research objects of UIN Sunan Kalijaga, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, and IAIN Syekh Nurjati. Using convenience sampling techniques the sample number is 110 students. The method used in this study is quantitative, which is then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed no influence of the variable of financial reward on interest in work, while in the variable consideration of the job market and social environment there was a positive and significant influence on interest in work. It is expected that in this research universities and companies.
