The object of this research is BPRS Bank Employees Se Eks Keresidenan Kedu Central Java. Using convenience sampling technique for generalization with a low error rate so that the sample used was 31 BPRS Bank employees in Eks Keresidenan Kedu Central Java. The method used in this research is quantitative, which is then analyzed using spss version 25. The results showed no influence of work experience and human relations variables on work ethic. While in the emotional intelligence variable there is a positive and significant influence on work ethic. It is hoped that future researchers can use varied variables and methods that support the improvement of work ethic.} }
