It's an opportunity for hackers to hack into the system and steal data to ask for ransom. The Indonesian Sharia Bank has become one of the targets they want to disable the BSI services, so the parties must move quickly to restore the services. Many customers feel vulnerable and unable to make transactions, for which BSI provides distributional fairness, procedural and interaction useful in the delivery of information. The study aims to analyze the influence of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice on continuuance intention customers in using BSI post cyber attacks with service recovery satisfaction as intervening variables. The object of this research is a resident of Yogyakarta Special District. This study is a primary data collection technique using a questionnaire and obtained 168 respondents. This research method uses SEM-SmartPLS version 3.0. The results found from this study show that only procedural justice and interactional justice have a significant influence on the continuuance of the intention of BSI customers after cyber attacks with service recovery satisfaction as intervening variables.
