The samples in this study were 137 students from the Islamic Banking Study program from three universities, namely UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Ahmad Dahlan University and Alma Atta University from the 2020 and 2021 generations. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with likert scale. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. And the application used is SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that the variables of corporate reputation, religiosity, and financial rewards have a positive and significant influence on career interest in Islamic banks.
