The population of this research is BSI customers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires and obtaining a sample that met the criteria of 161 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that promotion, product quality and service quality have a significant effect on the intention to use BSI wadiah savings. Intention has a significant influence on customers' decisions to use BSI wadiah savings. Meanwhile, attitudes and subjective norms do not have a significant effect on the intention to use BSI wadiah savings.
