description: This study aims to test and determine the factors that influence customer adoption in using Green Banking Technology. This research is a descriptive–exploratory research using a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. The first study is an explorative stage of potential constructs. Meanwhile, the second study is a quantitative test of the Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3) model as the basic model. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, while the population in this study were Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers who live in D.I. Yogyakarta. This study used a sample from distributing questionnaires involving 150 respondents. The analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the WarpPLS 8.0 software analysis tool. A total of seven hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted. The results of this study indicate that Output Quality, Result Demonstrability, and Perceived Ease of Use have a positive and significant influence on Perceived Usefulness, then Computer Self-Efficacy and Perceived Enjoyment have a positive and significant influence on Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention. Furthermore, the implications of this research are expected to be input for BSI or other Islamic banking industries to improve the quality of Green Banking Technology services to meet customer needs in terms of Islamic financial technology.
