abstract: The study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Emotional Intelligence, and Digital Skillss on Student Work Readiness in the Islamic Banking Sector. This study used multiple linier regression analysis method using SPSS 26.0 software. This information in this study was obtained from respondents. The sample used was 125 respondents. The results of this study show that simultaneously self efficacy, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on work readiness. While the digital skills variable does not have a significant effect on work readiness.
