The research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires directly to the employees of Bank BTN Sharia Branch Office in Malang. The data analysis tool employed in this study is IBM SPSS version 26. The analytical techniques utilized include Descriptive Analysis, Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Testing. The findings of this research reveal that there is no partial and significant influence of Career Development on Employee Performance, whereas Quality of Work Life has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance, and the Teamwork variable also has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance.
