This research aims to assess customer loyalty towards BSI following the cyber attack in May 2023. Loyalty will be measured based on sharia financial literacy, security parameter enhancements, service quality, and trust. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling and the analysis method is multiple linear regression using SPSS 29. The number of samples in the research is 100 samples from the total population of respondents in Yogyakarta. The results of the research partially show that the variables of Sharia financial literacy and service quality do not have a significant effect on customer loyalty using BSI after the cyber attack in May 2023. However, the variables of security parameter enhancements, and trust have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty using BSI after the cyber attack in May 2023. Meanwhile, when considered simultaneously, each independent variable together influences customer loyalty using BSI after the cyber attack in May 2023.
