The use of Shopeepay currently significantly enables the increase in consumptive behavior. This can be seen from consumer behavior where the reason for purchasing goods is no longer solely to fulfill needs but also for satisfaction. Researchers are interested in investigating the influence of Shopeepay usage on consumptive behavior among students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta majoring in communication science. The research method used is quantitative. This study used Stimulus Response theory. Based on this research, the calculation results of the coefficient of determination explain that the variable(X) of Shopeepay usage contributes 32.8% to the variable(Y) of consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, the remaining 67.2% is caused by other factors or variables not included in the study. Additionally, the significance value in the coefficient table is 0.000 < 0.10. That mean H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant amount of influence between Shopeepay usage and consumptive behavior among students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta majoring in communication science. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Shopeepay usage and consumptive behavior by 32.8%.
