%T PENGARUH RELIGIOSITAS DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM TERHADAP QUARTER-LIFE CRISIS DIMEDIASI OLEH ALTRUISME PADA MARBOT REAL MASJID
%X Quarter-life crisis is an emotional crisis during the transition from adolescence to adulthood caused by uncertainty about the future. This period will be difficult, so a solution is needed so that individuals can face the crisis well. Researchers assume that religiosity in an Islamic perspective can be a solution with the indirect influence of altruism on it as a problem solving when facing a quarter-life crisis. This research takes the test setting on Real Marbot Academy members from Real Masjid. Real Masjid is a mosque managed by teenagers with various religious programs and activities, one of which is the Real Marbot Academy program with its religiosity and altruism activities. This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity in an Islamic perspective on quarter-life crisis mediated by altruism in Real Masjid marbot. The subjects in this study were marbot Real Masjid obtained by purposive sampling technique of (N = 146) people. The method used in this research is hypothetical descriptive quantitative technique. Data collection was carried out using an altruism scale based on aspects of Mussen & Eisenberg (2003), a religiosity scale in an Islamic perspective from Suryadi & Hayat (2021), and a quarter-life crisis scale based on aspects of Nash & Murray (2010). Data analysis using Jamovi Analysis Mediation Moderation (JAMM) is complemented by the coefficient of determination test with the help of Jamovi 2.2.5 for windows. The results showed that most of the Real Masjid marbot were in moderate quarter-life crisis where men (ikhwan) were higher than women (akhwat), religiosity in an Islamic perspective was in the moderate category with higher significance for women compared to men, and altruism in the moderate category with women higher than man. The results of the analysis show that religiosity in an Islamic perspective has a significant positive effect on altruism (R Square = 0,321; p<.001; coef. 9,717). Altruism has a significant negative effect on quarter-life crisis (R Square = 0,415; p<.001; coef. -0,322). Religiosity in Islamic perspective has a significant negative effect on quarter-life crisis (R Square = 0,278; p<.001; coef. -3,381). Altruism has been shown to have an influence in mediating partial of the effect of religiosity in an Islamic perspective on quarter-life crisis by indirect effect unstandardized bootstrap 48,1% in the confidence interval 95%.
