Teenagers with unstable psychological conditions and in the process of searching for their identity are very easily influenced by their environment so that teenagers can violate social norms and deviant behavior which results in a teenager having problems with the law and having to undergo a period of rehabilitation. To minimize the emergence of negative reactions and emotions, teenagers in conflict with the law (ABH) must continue to fulfill their affiliation needs. This research aims to explore phenomena related to fulfilling the affiliation needs of teenagers who are in conflict with the law at Social Welfare Organizing Institutions (LPKS). The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. There were 7 research informants, 5 as main informants and 2 as significant others. The research results show that ABH's affiliation needs are still met by the various programs and activities carried out by LPKS and daily interactions with fellow ABHs and LPKS officers. The factors that influence the need for affiliation with ABH include internal and external factors. Internal factors are ABH's efforts to establish relationships & social interactions with other people, while external factors are the role of friends & LPKS officers in providing social support during the rehabilitation period and there are similarities and feelings felt by ABH which can form social groups.
