Seeing this phenomenon, parents also deliberately give their cellphones or tablets to children to watch YouTube videos, even though we do not know what applications are opened and watched by children their age. Whereas in YouTube media not all shows contain good content, so the need for selection and parental assistance when children watch YouTube. Very long use of gadgets causes children to experience addiction to watching YouTube, so that interaction with parents or friends is disrupted. This study aims to: 1) Knowing the videos watched by group B students at RA Al-Husaeni, 2) Knowing the use of time duration in watching YouTube Videos of group B students at RA Al-Husaeni, 3) The impact of YouTube Videos on Early Childhood Language Development of group B at RA Al-Husaeni Subang West Java. The method used in this field research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. to collect data in this study involves observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of parents, teachers, and students of RA Al-Husaeni The data validity technique used in this study used source triangulation, technique triangulation, time triangulation. Data analysis uses 3 stages, namely: 1) Data reduction, 2) Presentation of data, 3) Drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The videos watched by group B students at RA Al-Husaeni Subang West Java are 1. Upin Ipin, 2. Nusa and Rara. 2) The duration of time used to watch YouTube Videos by Class B students is 120 minutes per day with a high category. 3) The impact of YouTube Videos on the language development of group B students at RA Al-Husaeni, namely: a) Can find new vocabulary words or new phrases b) Children's communication is better and developed c) Can distinguish words that mean good and bad.
