Students in the Physics Education study program have low self-efficacy and are less satisfied with their learning achievement in Basic Physics I. This research aims to 1) analyze the level of self-efficacy in students in the physics education study program, 2) determine the relationship between self-efficacy and the learning outcomes of students in the physics education study program. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research uses an Ex-Post Facto design. The research sample was taken from the total population using the Slovin formula calculation. The number of samples was taken using a random sampling technique, totaling 146 students. The research technique uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. The results of this research show that: 1) the level of self-efficacy of physics education study program students is quite high on average, namely 54.11%. 2) there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and basic physics I learning outcomes for students in the physics education study program, with a correlation figure of 0.66, including the criteria for a high relationship.
