However, this research is only limited to the development stage. The product was developed with the Canva, Xmind, and Heyzine applications. The product was assessed by 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 5 peer reviewers, 1 biology teacher and 15 students. The assessment instrument is a check list questionnaire for qualitative data which is converted into quantitative data using a Likert scale. Based on the research conducted, it is known that: (1) the development of e-module teaching materials based on the CIRC model with the help of mind maps on viral material is developing smartphone-based e-modules with several specifications including displaying mind maps for each learning activity, displaying learning syntax using the CIRC model, providing practice in making mind maps on project activities, inserting several videos regarding virus material and adding daily assessments, individual assignments, project activities, and competency tests at the end of the learning material, (2) quality of e-modules based on the CIRC model assisted by Mind Map as teaching material on viral material, it is included in the "Very Good" category with an ideal percentage of 93.195\%, (3) student responses to the e-module developed obtained a percentage result of 82.06\% which shows that students gave a "Strongly Agree" response. . This shows that the quality of the e-module being developed can be said to be of very good quality} }
