Geophysical surveys were carried out to determine the geological conditions of the research area by injecting electric current into the earth using the Wenner configuration geoelectric method. Through this method, rock resistivity values are obtained which are then processed and correlated with geological data and drill data so that the rock structure in the research area can be ascertained. Data collection was carried out on 6 tracks with electrode spacing of 5m and 2.5m. Data processing was carried out using Google Earth Pro, ArcGis, Res2dinv, and Voxler software. Based on the resistivity values from the research results, it can be seen that the research area has the potential for liquefaction to occur because it is composed of alluvium structures such as clay, sand and gravel with a value range of 1.28 to 51.5 ?m at a depth of 0.625 to 26.2 m. This is also triggered by tectonic activity that may occur, one of which is the active Baribis Fault. So the research area has a fairly high risk of liquefaction if an earthquake occurs in the future which may occur due to fault activity.
