        abstract = {D-Metric spaces are a generalization of partial metric spaces. A d-metric
space is a non-empty set that satisfies three axioms, namely similarity if the distance
is 0, symmetry and triangle inequality. One of the applications of d-metric spaces
is fixed points. This thesis analyzes a function on a complete d-metric space-0 if
the composition line of the function satisfies some conditions, resulting in the line
converging to a point. Furthermore, that point is a fixed point of the function in
question. Furthermore, an example is given at the end of this thesis to illustrate the
analysis that has been done.}
