This study aims to analyze resistivity values and identify subsurface lithology in the land movement area found in Gerbosari and Ngargosari Villages, Samigaluh. The Schlumberger configuration geoelectric data acquisition used Naniura NRD 300 Resistivity Meter as many as 6 measurement points in Kebobutak Formation (Tmok) and Jonggrangan Formation (Tmj). Processing of rock resistivity value data through several stages, namely the calculation of current and potential difference values, smoothing process, and processing on progress software to obtain resistivity values. The analysis results show the resistivity value of subsurface rocks to a depth of 74,05 meters with a value of 0,06-13749,51 ?m. Lithology consists of soil (14,18-361,23 ?m), clay (0,06- 42,73 ?m), sandstone (0,35-123,44 ?m), conglomerate (1372,7-10168,66 ?m), and andesite (13749,51 ?m).} }
