This retail shop is managed by the Kemudo Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) to support the economy in Kemudo village and its surroundings. Kamajaya Mart sells around 6000 products which are categorized into 23 categories based on product type. Kamajaya Mart is facing problems in product arrangement which results in customer difficulties in finding products, increased search time, and the potential for decreased sales and customer satisfaction. Apart from that, in October 2023 there will be a decline in sales which can be caused by factors such as product layout, price, product completeness, and other factors. It is hoped that the redesign of the product layout and the creation of a sales strategy in the form of product bundling resulting in this research can overcome the problems that exist at Kamajaya Mart. This research uses the Apriori Algorithm, CRISP-DM, Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) methods. The data used is transaction data in October 2023 totaling 294 transactions. This research resulted in 12 association rules, 15 product bundling proposals, and proposed product layout designs with changes in position in the product categories of baby equipment, RTE food of the MSME type, non-RTE food, sanitary, household equipment, stationery, pet food, basic necessities. , oils, toiletries, breads, jams and honey, as well as sweets & chocolates.
