Based on Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 18 of 2015 concering special Development Intitutions for Children’s, LPKA has the obligation to provide guidance by complying with legal norms and human rights, in this context the aim is to protect the rights of children’s rights, ensuring that they receive appropriate assistance and training. And help them return to society armed with adequate knowledge an skills. This research investigates implementation of the role of the Yogyakarta class II Special Children’s Development Institute in developing and guiding children who are faced with bookd, Through a qualitative approach, this ressearch documents the training, education and rehabilitation practices implemented by LPKA Clas II Yogyakarta. The main objective of this research is to identify the training process and obstacles in implementing training for correctional students at LPKA Class II Yogyakarta. The results of the research concluded that in the implementation of training at LPKA Class II Yogyakarta, training was held in the of national and state religious trainingm skills training. In the implementation of training at LPKA Class II Yogyakarta there ware several obstacles.
