The majority of people in this village are farmers. In Bulubrangsi Village, there are many types of rental muamalah, one of which is Renting with a harvest season payment system. For the people of Muamalah village, it is very popular, there are several people who have expertise in agriculture but do not have land. so that later in this lease the rental object will be rice fields. Apart from that, there are irregularities in this muamalah due to default or broken promises made by the tenant to the rice field owner, therefore, in practice it must comply with the applicable legal rules. This research aims to discuss renting with a harvest season payment system in Bulubrangsi Village, Laren District, Lamongan Regency, in terms of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. Using the theoretical framework of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law, Muzara?ah, Mukhabarah, Renting The type of research used is Field Research, using a sociological juridical approach. The research location is Bulubrangsi Village, Laren District, Lamongan Regency. The data used is primary and secondary data, using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that renting rice fields using a harvest season payment system in Bulubrangsi Village, Laren District, Lamongan Regency, is carried out verbally on the basis of trust between both parties. And for every harvest, the rice field owner will be given a portion of the harvest, this is apart from the rent. Rentals using the harvest season payment system according to the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law are valid and fulfill the pillars and conditions of ij{\=a}rah contained in articles 295, article 296, article 301, article 303, and article 318. As well as relating to the provision of harvests other than The rent every time the harvest arrives is justified, because this is included in the authentic urf.
