This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement, workload, and transformational leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of BSI Pekalongan City employees. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 53 respondents. The analysis technique uses SPSS 25.0 software tools. The results of this study indicate that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee OCB, workload has no effect on employee OCB, and transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee OCB. %Z Pembimbing: Syayyidah Maftuhatul Jannah, S.E., M.Sc.
