The object of this research is BPRS HIK MCI Yogyakarta. The research data used is primary data obtained from employees of BPRS HIK MCI Yogyakarta. This research used a sample of 54. The analytical tool used was IBM SPSS Version 26. This research used quantitative methods. The results of this research show that personality variables have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The work engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The organizational justice variable does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. And the variables of personality, work engagement, and organizational justice jointly influence organizational citizenship behavior.
