As an effort to preserve local culture, it is important to be introduced and taught to children from an early age. It aims to make children recognize the culture around them. In delivering it to children, innovative media can be used by utilizing digital technology that is developing today, one of which is interactive digital media. Media in the form of interactive digital comics is presented as an alternative teaching method devoted to introducing local culture in early childhood. Interactive digital comic media can be used as an alternative learning tool for children, especially in the early years, whose contents are tailored to developmental needs so that a sense of love grows in the child. This research method uses the type of R&D research with the ADDIE development model. Respondents in this study were group B children at Mekar Sari Kindergarten Lampung, totaling 20 children. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. Product validation tests use feasibility tests and effectiveness tests. The feasibility test product uses the P search formula (percentage gain from validators), while the effectiveness test uses the Paired Sample t Test with the One Group Pretest-Postetest Design model. The results showed that the Digital Comic developed using ADDIE design with several stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Digital comic media is said to be feasible on the assessment of media experts by getting a score of 82.6%, 84% material expert assessment and teacher response for the media gets a score of 92.8%, for the material gets 93.7%.
