The object of this research is Islamic Banking Students of UIN Salatiga. The sample method used is purposive sampling. The research data used is primary data obtained from distributing online questionnaires (Google form) and distributing offline questionnaires to 110 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS version 25. The analysis techniques used in the research are Descriptive Test, Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial and significant influence between Labour Market Considerations on Career Interest in the Islamic Banking Industry.
