%X This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, digital literacy moderates perceived ease of use, sharia financial literacy moderates perceived risk on investment decisions of young entrepreneurs in Kudus Regency through online sharia mutual funds. The sample in this study amounted to 143 young entrepreneurs who invested in online sharia mutual funds. This research uses quantitative methods with the PLS-SEM analysis model with the help of the SmartPLS 4.1 analysis tool. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk had a positive and significant effect on the investment decisions of young entrepreneurs in Kudus Regency through online sharia mutual funds. Furthermore, the digital literacy variable does not moderate the effect of perceived ease of use on the investment decisions of young entrepreneurs in Kudus Regency through online sharia mutual funds. While the sharia financial literacy variable weakens the relationship between perceived risk and investment decisions of young entrepreneurs in Kudus Regency through online sharia mutual funds.
