The existension of political system certainly raise political culture. Political culture in our state is disposed to unbalanced. Community become discriminated object by government or political leaders. It show{\~A}?{\^a}??{\^a}??s that negative political culture still powerful, example; feodalism, paternalism, patrimonialism, patronage, etc. Political education an activity that become solution to solve the negative political culture problems.}
