N2  - In Indonesian context, the politic is one of aspects community�s life which is always actual to be discussed, because the political system in our state is still existed. The existension of political system certainly raise political culture. Political culture in our state is disposed to unbalanced. Community become discriminated object by government or political leaders. It show�s that negative political culture still powerful, example; feodalism, paternalism, patrimonialism, patronage, etc. Political education an activity that become solution to solve the negative political culture problems.
