        abstract = {The purpose of this research was to find out about the level of user satisfaction with the OPAC SLiMS 9 Bulian at the Nahdlatul Ulama University Library in Yogyakarta using the end-user computing satisfaction (EUCS) method. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research type method. The object of this research is the level of user satisfaction with the OPAC SLiMS 9 Bulian at the Nahdlatul Ulama University Library in Yogyakarta. The sample obtained from the calculation of the slovin formula is 94 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. This research has a single variable, namely user satisfaction. The research instrument uses 5 sub-variables developed by Doll and Torkadzeh (1998) consisting of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness. The scale used in this research uses a likert scale with 4 alternative answers. Data collection techniques in this study used 4 ways, namely observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses the formula mean and grandmean. The results of the study of all research sub-variables obtained an average value or grand mean of 3.25 and were found at intervals of 3.25 - 4.00, so that they could be categorized and declared very satisfied. The lowest sub-variable value is at 3.16 in the Timeliness sub-variable which is included in the satisfied category. The highest sub-variable value is at 3.34 in the Format sub-variable which is included in the very satisfied category. Based on the research results, it is necessary to increase the ease of use and timeliness sub-variables so that the level of user satisfaction in these two sub-variables becomes very satisfied.}
