This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this research were users of the Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta University Library who had used OPAC. The object of this research is user satisfaction with the OPAC Library of Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta University. The population of this research is the academic community of Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta University who automatically become members of the library including students, lecturers, and staff of 3,945 members, from this population a sample was taken using the Slovin formula, a sample of 98 users was obtained. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument uses the theory from Doll & Torkzadeh (1988) which consists of 5 sub-variables namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Analysis of the research data using the formula mean and grand mean. The results showed that the content sub-variable got a total average value of 3.12 which was categorized as satisfied, accuracy sub-variable got a total average value of 3.00 which was categorized as satisfied, format sub-variable got a total average value of 3.14 which was categorized satisfied, ease of use sub-variable gets a total average score of 3.02 which is categorized as satisfied, and timeliness sub-variable gets a total average of 2.99 which is categorized as satisfied, so that the overall value of the five sub-variables gets a total average of 3.05 categorized as satisfied.
