%T IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI ECO CATUR PRADIPA DALAM MENUMBUHKAN MINAT BACA PEMUSTAKA DI PERPUSTAKAAN MAN 4 BANTUL
%X This study aims to determine the implementation of the Eco Catur Pradipa Application in fostering library users' reading interest at the MAN 4 Bantul Library. The type of this research is qualitative research. This research took place at MAN 4 Bantul Library and started from November 2022 to June 2023. The informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique totaling 7 people including the Head of the MAN 4 Bantul Library in 2021 and 2022, the MAN 4 Bantul Library librarian, the teacher, and 3 student representatives from grades 10, 11, and 12. The data collection techniques applied were interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data credibility test used is extended observation, source triangulation, and member check. Researchers used data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the Eco Catur Pradipa Application had a good impact on fostering library users’ reading interest at the MAN 4 Bantul Library. This is based on data analysis using aspects of reading interest according to Sudarsana and Bastiano. Five out of seven informants stated that the implementation had gone well. While the other two informants stated that the implementation had less impact or results in developing their interest in reading. The Eco Catur Pradipa application has been present as one of the library innovations since 2021 which is only implemented at MAN 4 Bantul. Research on the Eco Catur Pradipa Application has never been done before. This study has limitations, including limited time and technical constraints experienced during the research process, and the results of research analysis using only one theory of reading interest aspects.
