%A NIM.: 19101040055 Uti Maftukhah %O Pembimbing: Dr. Djazim Rohmadi S.Ag. %T PERSEPSI PEMUSTAKA TERHADAP KINERJA PUSTAKAWAN PADA LAYANAN SIRKULASI DI UPT PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS NEGERI YOGYAKARTA %X The purpose of this research was to determine the user's perception of the librarian's performance in circulation services at the UPT Library, Yogyakarta State University. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were active users of the UPT Library, Yogyakarta State University. The object of this research is the performance of librarians in circulation services at the Yogyakarta State University Library UPT. The population in this study is users of circulation services at the Yogyakarta State University Library UPT in 2023, totaling 15,280 with a sample using the Yamane formula of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses the mean and grand mean formulas. Measurement of librarian performance based on John Miner's performance theory is categorized into four indicators, namely quality, quantity, use of time at work, and cooperation. The results of data analysis show that the performance of librarians in circulation services (borrowing, returning books, and sanctions/fines) shows a grand mean value of 3.49 on an interval scale of 3.25 < X ≤ 4.00 which is very good. The findings in this study are that the lowest grand mean is shown in book lending activities with a quality indicator of 3.19 where users feel that librarians have not properly arranged books using the appropriate characteristics and disciplines (classifications). This highlights the bookshelf area, where bookshelves are most important in order of classification. This facilitates the retrieval of information on circulation services, so that the circulation/circulation of books also runs smoothly. As for suggestions, that is to be used as evaluation material, especially the performance of librarians to continue and be preserved, both in terms of quality, quantity, use of time at work, and collaboration so that it remains good. %K Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi, Kinerja Pustakawan, Layanan Sirkulasi %D 2023 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib66328
