M.T abstract: The purpose of this research is to know satisfaction of the user OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) in the Nishikoren Skapenta Library SMK Penerbangan AAG Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. The subjects in this research were SMK Penerbangan AAG Adisutjipto Yogyakarta students, with 81 respondents. The type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The data collection methods of this research are questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. The variable in this research is single, because in this research there is only one point of concern about satisfaction of the user OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) with End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method and Service Quality (ServQual) method in Nishikoren Skapenta Library SMK Penerbangan AAG Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Satisfaction measurement based on the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method and Service Quality (ServQual) method which consists of several instruments including content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, reliability, assurance, and empathy. Data analysis using the formula meand and grand mean. The result of the research based show that OPAC in Nishikoren Skapenta Library SMK Penerbangan AAG Adisutjipto Yogyakarta with sub variable content of 2,80 classified as good, sub variable accuracy of 2,54 classified as good, sub variable format of 2,67 classified as good, sub variable ease of use of 2,82 classified as good, sub variable timeliness of 2,96 classified as good, sub variable reliability of 2,86 classified as good, sub variable assurance of 2,97 classified as good, and sub variable empathy of 2,94 classified as good.
