This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all library staff at the University of Islam Indonesia, totaling 17 respondents. The sample technique used is a saturated sample with the measurement of the research instrument, namely the Likerts scale. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis techniques, validity tests, reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the study, the leadership style of the head of the library at the Islamic University of Indonesia Library obtained an average score of 84% and was included in the "very good" category. The performance of library staff is also included in the "very good" category with an average value of 82.8%. Simple linear regression analysis shows that the leadership style variable has an effect of 62.4% on the performance variable of library staff. The regression coefficient number shows that every 1% addition of the leadership style variable, the library staff performance variable will increase by 0.511. The results of data analysis show a significance value with a value of 0.000.
