description: This research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) users in SMA N 1 Jetis library as measured by the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with research subjects is OPAC users and research object is satisfaction of OPAC users in the library of SMA N 1 Jetis. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. The population of this research were all members of the SMA N 1 Jetis library, totaling 861 students. From this population, the sample determination was carried out by using purposive sampling technique and determining the number of samples using the slovin formula where a sample of 90 respondents was obtained. The variable in this research is single, namely OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) user satisfaction. Measurement of OPAC user satisfaction is based on the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model which consists of 5 dimensions, namely content dimensions, accuracy dimensions, format dimensions, ease of use dimensions and timeliness dimensions. The results showed that the satisfaction level of OPAC users in the SMA N 1 Jetis library was very satisfied with an overall grand mean value of 3.41. The dimension that has the lowest grand mean value is the timeliness dimension, which is 3.36. Based on this, the researcher advises the library to increase the timeliness of OPAC access.
