The research employed in this study is of a quantitative descriptive, supported by data collection methods encompassing questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study consists of patrons who visit the Library and Archives Office of Kulon Progo Regency, totaling 2.656 individuals. The sampling technique employed is accidental sampling, resulting in a sample size of 96 respondents as determined by the Taro Yamane formula. The scale employed in this study is a Likert scale with five response options. Data analysis in this research employs the mean and grand mean formulas. The research instrument is measured based on the indicators of LibQUAL+TM, which encompass four indicators: Service Affect (the librarian's competence and demeanor in service), Library as Place (library facilities and ambiance), Personal Control (guidance and access provisions), and Information Access (access to information). The results of the data calculation and analysis in this research reveal that the grand mean value of the overall sub-variables is 3.95, falling within the scale range of 3.40 < X ≤ 4.20, categorized as good. The grand mean values for each individual sub-variable are as follows: Service Affect with a score of 4.15, categorized as good; Library as Place with a score of 4.19, categorized as good; Personal Control with a score of 3.75, categorized as good; and Information Access with a score of 3.67, categorized as good.
