This study uses a quantitative descriptive. Observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation were used to obtain research data. Data analysis used the mean and grand mean and the measurement results used an interval scale. The results showed that the user's perception of the librarian's attitude to circulation services at the Gadjah Mada University Library was in the "good" category with an average value of 3.16 between the intervals of 2.50 - 3.25. On the reliability aspect with an average score of 3.09 in the good category, the empathy aspect with an average score of 3.25 in the good category, and the concern aspect with an average score of 3.14 in the good category. Based on these findings, it is suggested to librarians of circulation services at the Library of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Gadjah Mada University, to improve their attitude in serving users in terms of reliability such as being responsive to user difficulties, being thorough in providing information to users, providing excellent service, and being communicative to users when serving in circulation services.} }
