%X This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, company size liquidity on company value. The focus of this research is on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for 2018-2022, namely 34 companies. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method, namely a sampling technique that is carried out based on certain considerations. The data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is concluded that capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value, company size has a negative but not significant effect on company value, liquidity has a significant negative effect on company value
