The research method used is a quantitative research method with PLS-SEM model analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 tool. The research population was all female employees working in BPRS Hikmah Bahari Tegal, Batang, and Purwokerto with a sample of 35 employees and used a sampling method, namely pusposive sampling technique. The research data used is primary data obtained from the results of online questionnaire collection. The results of this research show that the work-life balance and pyschological contract have a positive and significant influence on work productivity of female employees in BPRS Hikmah Bahari. Workload and motivation does not have a significant influence on work productivity of female employees in BPRS Hikmah Bahari. Futhermore, motivation unable to moderate influence work-life balance, workload, and psychological contract on work productivity of female employees in BPRS Hikmah Bahari.} }
