The object of this research is Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta using primary data by distributing questionnaires to 45 permanent employees. The test tool used is SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained from this research indicate that there is no significant influence of the psychological contract variables and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Meanwhile, the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
