N2  - This research aims to determine the factors that influence MSMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta using QRIS Bank Syariah. The population of this research is Yogyakarta Special Region MSMEs using Sharia Bank QRIS. Sample data collection in this study used techniques Purposive toimpling. The data in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires and obtaining a sample of 161 respondents, which were distributed via social media. This research test uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and assisted by software SmartPLS 3.0 to make research easier. The results of this research show that Perceived Ease Of Use and Risk have no effect on Decisions, Perceived Usefulness has a significant positive effect on Decisions. Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Usefulness has a significant positive effect on Intention, Risk has no effect on Intention. Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Usefulness, has a significant positive effect on Decisions with Intention as an intervening variable. However, risk not influence the decision to use DIY MSMEsithein QRIS Bank Syariah with Intention as an intervening variable.
