In the onslaught of the materialist lifestyle in this modern era, there are individuals who live a minimalist lifestyle with the aim of living with minimal distractions to make room for something that can make them happy. Term subjective well-being is more scientifically used than happiness. Subjective well-being is an individual's perception and evaluation of their life. The aim of this research is to find out about subjective well-being in individuals who adopt a minimalist lifestyle. Meanwhile, the method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, and the data collection technique uses semi-structured interviews. The informants in this study were three early adults and were living a minimalist lifestyle. The research results show that the condition subjective well-being of the three informants included life satisfaction, positive affect, and negative affect. The influencing factors subjective well-being informants include seventeen factors. There are subjective well-being factors which are related to the implementation of a minimalist lifestyle, namely subjective satisfaction, activity, religion, social contact and education.} }
