%A NIM.: 20104090052 Eka Tuti Zurika %O Pembimbing: Muhammad Qowim, S.Ag, M.Ag %T STUDI ANALISIS STANDAR KOMPETENSI LULUSAN MU’ALLIMIN DI PONDOK PESANTREN IBNUL QOYYIM PUTRI YOGYAKARTA %X This research is motivated by the importance of graduate competency standards as a reference in developing the quality of Islamic boarding school education in determining content standards, infrastructure standards, management standards and financing standards. Graduate competency standards are also the basis for a series of competencies that students must have after completing their studies at Islamic boarding schools This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with document study research type and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Meanwhile, data validity testing was carried out using technical triangulation. The results of this research show that: First, the competencies of students at the Ibnul Qoyyim Islamic Boarding School are contained in the Islamic Boarding School's vision, namely consisting of 5 competencies with a total of 16 indicators. After conducting an analysis with reference to the profile of Indonesian students, which consists of 9 profiles, it was found that there was a match between the two, but there were several discrepancies. Second, the formulation of graduate competency standards which include process, involvement, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as general objectives in accordance with the formulation procedure. However, there are several shortcomings as evidenced by the many inhibiting factors that cause imperfections in the results of the formulation of graduate competency standards. Third, based on the results of the analysis of graduate competency standards, it was found that the competency standards for graduates of the Ibnul Qoyyim Islamic Boarding School, which consists of 26 standard points, are quite in line with the profile reference for Indonesian students, but further evaluation and monitoring needs to be carried out in order to improve them so that they can meet the goals to be achieved. %K Standar Kompetensi Lulusan, Mu’allimin, Pondok Pesantren %D 2024 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib66429
