This indicates that the education system is lacking in character, as evidenced by the moral decline among today's youth. Therefore, it is necessary to find solutions to address this moral decline by instilling spiritual values in young people. Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play a very important role in developing spirituality and emotional well-being in students. The Miftahul Ulum Sumberjati Islamic Boarding School has a khidmah program aimed at instilling spiritual and emotional values in students so that they can later develop their own spirituality and emotional well-being. The purpose of this study is to understand the process of internalizing spiritual and emotional values through the khidmah program and the outcomes of this internalization process at the Miftahul Ulum Sumberjati Islamic Boarding School in Pamekasan. The theories used in this research are the theory of spiritual intelligence according to Danah Zohar and Ian Marshal and the theory of emotional intelligence according to Daniel Goleman. According to Danah Zohar and Ian Marshal, spiritual intelligence is the intelligence that can help humans face and solve various problems related to issues of meaning and value, placing them within a broader and richer context of meaning, enabling them to assess that their actions or way of life are more meaningful compared to others. On the other hand, emotional intelligence according to Daniel Goleman is the ability to control one's own emotions, motivate oneself, and build good relationships with others. Emotional intelligence is the ability to motivate oneself, endure frustrations, control impulses, empathize, and have social skills or the ability to establish good relationships with others. This research uses a qualitative type of study with a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique employed is the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity tests used in this research are source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The process of internalizing spiritual and emotional values through the khidmah program at Miftahul Ulum Sumberjati Islamic Boarding School in Pamekasan is carried out through various processes, as each student's form of khidmah differs.
