abstract: In this era, life is becoming more complex day by day, mental health is becoming a hot issue that must be paid attention to. Many work demands, social pressure, high competition, and mental health problems seem to need to be addressed immediately. In this case, counseling services are a solution to many mental health problems. The aim of this research is to find out about innovation and implementation in the field of counseling services at Dreamy Coffee Psychology. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research using a field research approach.
The data analysis technique used is flow. According to Miles & Huberman, analysis consists of three activity flows that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. In the context of the research "servicescape-based guidance and counseling service innovation at Dreamy Coffee," Erving Goffman's dramaturgical concept of front stage and back stage can help understand how physical and social settings influence the interactions and experiences of service users.
The results of the research show that there is Front Stage innovation (Front Stage) at Dreamy Coffee Psychology, namely based counseling servicescape (physical environment) innovation refers to several elements including lighting, music, noise level, aroma, room temperature, colors in the physical environment, layout and function of space (space, layout, and function). Meanwhile Back Stage innovation (Back Stage) at Dreamy Coffee include the use of technology, group and collaborative counseling, game-based counseling, community strengthening, mental health education. The stages of implementing guidance and counseling services at Dreamy Coffee Psychology include obtaining clients who receive services, identifying counseling rooms at Dreamy Coffee Psychology, creating a counseling schedule, implementing counseling, creating a counseling schedule, implementing counseling, periodic evaluations.
