XYZ is a company operating in the bakery industry, which was formalized as a PT (Limited Liability Company) from 1985 until today. One of the products of PT. XYZ is a Bakery product. The products produced are sweet bread, brownies, white bread, tart cakes, and others. Work activities in the company's warehouse are still considered inefficient because various types of waste are found, such as warehouse employees talking to production employees when delivering goods, waiting for paper requests, and walking around looking for tools. Efforts made to minimize waste can be done using lean manufacturing methods. The method used is the Value Stream Mapping Method which is used to describe work activities from the initial process to the final process, Process Activity Mapping is used to find the type of waste found in work activities, Process Cycle Efficiency is used to find how efficient the employee is at work, analysis waste is carried out in order to find out the beginning of waste occurring, and the Pareto Diagram is used to find out the dominant waste. Based on data processing, there are three types of waste using the Process Activity Mapping and Pareto Diagram methods.
