abstract: This research aims to examine the Community's Views on the Pasren Family Planning Village (Kampung KB) Program in Bajong Village. Pasren Family Planning Village is one of the model Family Planning Villages in Purbalingga Regency. The government, through the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN), implements the Family Planning Program to accommodate the country's interests in reducing the population growth rate and efforts to maximize family welfare. The Pasren Family Planning (Pasti Terencana) Program itself receives various views and responses from the Bajong Village community. The views or responses of the Bajong Village community are categorized into two categories: first, the Family Planning program as spacing (wong mbien), second, the Family Planning program as planning (wing siki). The objectives of this research are: 1) To identify the factors influencing the differences in reasons for the community's participation in the Family Planning program in the Pasren Family Planning Village in Bajong Village 2) To explain the legal basis for participating in the Family Planning program in the Pasren Family Planning Village in Bajong Village.
This research is field research with a descriptive-analytical nature. The theories used are sociological theories and the purpose of marriage. To obtain data in this research, interview techniques were conducted using a sample of part of the Pasren Family Planning Village community in Bajong Village. Data analysis techniques include the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of this research show that the factors influencing the differences in reasons for the community's participation in the Family Planning Program are: First, the Difference in Understanding of the BKKBN Family Planning Program. Second, the Difference in Legal Reasons for participating in the Family Planning Program in the Pasren Family Planning Village in Bajong Village. The legality of participating in the Family Planning program according to the community is: 1) permissible or mubah if it complies with provisions such as efforts in spacing and planning, 2) obligatory if it prioritizes mental health on the advice of a more knowledgeable person (doctor) or to avoid harm, 3) forbidden when carried out not in accordance with Islamic law. The legal basis used is sourced from the Qur'an and Sunnah as well as human reasoning through Ijtihad.
