%X The majority of Pondok Village residents earn their living as farmers, laborers, traders, and some of the community practice profit sharing in the field of cattle farming to increase their income to meet their needs. In the practice of profit sharing related to cattle farming, it is known as rowdy cows. This cow gaduh system is based on mutual help and trust so that contracts are carried out only verbally. The distribution of profits in this cow row system is in accordance with the capital (cattle) provided and also the agreement made by both parties at the start of the agreement.  This research uses the theory of mudaraba and justice. This research includes field research, with data collection methods using interviews and documentation as well as qualitative data analysis techniques. That is, drawing conclusions starts from questions or specific facts leading to general conclusions. Data and facts resulting from field observations are compiled, processed, studied and then general conclusions are drawn.  The results of the research show that the cattle rowing system implemented in Pondok Village shows that this agreement was made verbally and there was no written agreement. However, to be clearer, it is recommended to accompany a written agreement. In the practice of dividing profits between investors and profiteers, there is inequality. This difference is based on details of the operational costs incurred by the farmer which are greater than the yield of cattle obtained. In reviewing Islamic law, the practice of cow rowing has fulfilled the requirements and pillars, but in principle there is still injustice. Even though in the contract the profit is 50:50, in reality the complainant is still burdened with operational costs.
