The increasing number of Go-Jek drivers has various impacts on these drivers. This study aims to investigate the role of family support as a moderator of the relationship between job stress and aggressive driving among Go-Jek drivers. The sample in this study consisted of 85 subjects operating in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling method used was convenient sampling (non-random). The measurement tools used in this study were the Aggressive Driving Behavior Scale (ADBS), the Jobs Stress Scale (JSS), and the Family Support Scale. Data analysis in this study was conducted using the PROCESS macro. The results showed a positive relationship between job stress and aggressive driving, moderated by family support with a significance level of 0.01 (p<0.05). The presence of family support strengthens the relationship between job stress and aggressive driving.
