The research carried out is a type of Research and Development research using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evolution) which is limited to the implementation stage. The quality test was carried out by filling out an instrument containing a quality assessment questionnaire by 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 5 peer reviewers, 1 biology teacher, and 15 class X MIPA students at SMA Colombo Sleman. The data obtained was then analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. Results of fungi encyclopedia research based on local potential with QR-Code for class peer reviewer amounting to 93.39\% in the very good category, biology teachers amounting to 96.53\% in the very good category and student responses amounting to 96.88\% with a very good category. Thus it can be concluded that the development of a local potential-based fungi encyclopedia encyclopedia with QR-Code for class X SMA/MA students has been successfully carried out and the results of the quality test and student responses to the encyclopedia have a very good interpretation category and can be used as teaching material for class X SMA/MA students.} }
